How to Book
Booking your stay is very easy - but do it quickly as we only have one room available!
We've kept it as simple as possible - staying at Rosie's Barn during 2024 costs £200 per night. That's the same rate, whether you stay during the week or at a weekend. In high season or at quieter times.
We require a 50% deposit when booking directly with us; the balance is payable when you arrive. We can take payments through online banking, Paypal, debit or credit card.
The price includes everything you'll need for a full Cumbrian breakfast - locally sourced bacon, sausage, black pudding, eggs, mushrooms, beans (and happy to substitute appropriately for vegetarians or vegans if you let us know in advance). You'll have fresh bread for making toast, fresh orange juice and fresh milk too. Additionally a delicious selection of jams is available to choose from.
We also provide plenty of tea (including speciality teas), coffee (including a well-stocked Nespresso machine), sugar and fresh, chilled water.
There are piles of soft towels available, we provide dressing gowns and slippers for use whilst you're staying here. As well as the usual toiletries, we even have bubble bath so you can soak as long as you like!
For dogs, we provide food and water bowls, doggy shampoo and towels for washing off the results of a good walk and poo bags for owners to make sure that the garden is left as they found it!

- we will send you the booking form which needs completing and emailing back, together with your deposit payment. We will then happily confirm your reservation.
